Describe the friction and movement.

Steps to Success (S2S):

1) Set up the practical by using sticky tape to attach the sheet of cardboard

to the edge of your chair to form a ramp.

2) Take the chair and cardboard to an area with carpet.

3) Hold the ball at the top of the ramp and release it. Use the measuring tape

to measure how far the ball has rolled.

4) Repeat steps 3 and 4 on concrete, wood and grass surfaces.
